During the conference, Mr. He Tao, Director of the Key Laboratory for Antibiotic Alternatives of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs and President of the Sinagri Yingtai Research Institute, presented a special report on "Global Livestock Industry Antibiotic Ban and Research Progress on Sinagri Yingtai’s Antimicrobial Peptides." Starting from the global trend of banning antibiotics, Mr. He explained the market's urgent need for antibiotic alternatives in feed. He highlighted Sinagri Yingtai Group's "Sublancin," which received the first international antimicrobial peptide new feed additive certificate. He also introduced the research progress on three other antimicrobial peptides, including the Microcin J25 (MccJ25), antimicrobial peptide III, and antimicrobial peptide IV.
